Fiscal Year 2023 H-1B Registration Period is Open

On March 1, USCIS opened the H-1B registration period for the Fiscal Year 2023 cap. The registration period will remain open until March 18 at 12pm ET. Employer entries will then be put into two lotteries; the regular lottery for those with bachelor’s degree, and the Master’s cap for those with US Master’s degrees. Announcement of selections will be updated on the USCIS site before April 1. Those with selection notices can filed H-1B petitions between April 1- June 30, 2022.
