USCIS has started announcing H-1B registration lottery selections

On Saturday, March 26th, USCIS started updating registrants of registrations that have been selected in the H-1B lottery for Fiscal Year 2023. An email is sent to the Registrant (employer) and attorney, if applicable, stating “We have taken an action on your case.” Selection notices are available in the USCIS H-1B Registration Portal for download.

If selected in the H-1B lottery, the Petitioner has between April 1-June 30, 2022 to file an H-1B petition with USCIS.
