USCIS Expanding Premium Processing to F, M, or J statuses

As of June 13, USCIS will now accept I-907 Premium Processing requests for individuals with a pending I-539 application to change status to F, M, or J status. Starting June 26, the agency will accept Premium Processing requests filed concurrently with the I-539 application. The government filing fee for the Premium Processing request is $1,750 and the processing timeframe is 30 calendar days after USCIS receives all the prerequisites for the adjudication, including biometrics. Filings can be made both online and via paper applications, so long as the I-907 submission matches the Form I-539 submission method.
