Premium Processing Fee Increases

United States Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS) has increased the Premium Processing fee from $1,440 to $2,500 for applications already eligible for Premium Processing service. These application types include H-1B extensions and change of employer petitions, L-1 petitions filed with USCIS, TN petitions filed with USCIS, as well as certain I-140 Immigrant Petitions. Fees for H-2B and R-1 petitions are increasing from $1,440 to $1,500. All petitions postmarked after October 19, 2020 must include the new fee amount. Processing times for Premium Processing service remain 15 calendar days for Premium Processing, as the previously proposed Fee Increase Rule remains enjoined by a Federal Court, until further notice.
